Classes
Taking a Reiki class is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself. You'll gain the ability to channel healing energy for your own well-being — and for the people you love. Classes follow the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage, passed down from Dr. Mikao Usui through Hawayo Takata and John Harvey Gray.
-
Best for: Anyone curious about Reiki — no prior experience required. First Degree gives you the ability to heal yourself and others through hands-on Reiki.
What you'll receive:
4 attunements over 2 days — connecting you to the Reiki lineage and opening your hands to channel healing energy
Four-part oral history of Usui Shiki Ryoho — the living tradition behind the practice
Specific hand positions for treating yourself and others
Basic anatomy overview so you know what's beneath your hands
The chakra system and energy centers of the body
How to use Reiki in emergency situations
First-Degree Reiki certificate upon completion
The unique quality of this lineage: practitioners do not absorb or take on the negative energies of the people they treat.
-
Best for: First-Degree students who have been practicing regularly for 3–6 months and are ready to deepen their skills.
What you'll learn:
Channel more energy during treatments with greater precision
Use ancient Reiki symbols to enhance your practice
Release old beliefs, emotions, and mental/emotional blocks in yourself and others
Send Distance Reiki Treatments — through time and space — to anyone, anywhere
2 attunements and extensive hands-on practice
Second-Degree Reiki certificate upon completion
-
Best for: Reiki practitioners who want to bring a deeper energetic precision to their sessions.
This class teaches diagnostic and energetic techniques from John Harvey Gray's lineage — detailed in his book Hand to Hand. These tools have enhanced Dave's practice for years and allow practitioners to understand and address the energetic state of a client before and after treatment.
What you'll learn:
Opening and closing chakras — how to open chakras at the start of a session to allow more Reiki in, and seal them at the end to hold the healing longer
Scanning the chakras — checking the overall energetic vitality of a client's body before treatment
Zinging — diagnosing weak or depleted areas in the body to focus treatment more effectively
-
Best for: Second-Degree students and Reiki Masters looking to build a professional practice, deepen clinical skills, and earn credentials.
Program Includes:
Hands-on Usui Shiki Ryoho training in the John Harvey Gray lineage
Clinical practice: 50 hrs individual sessions + 50 hrs group work
Monthly class sessions (6 hrs) and supervised group discussions (2.5 hrs)
Partner exchanges, 2 client observations, and daily self-treatment
Professional development and ongoing mentorship from Dave
Final assessment: a full observed Reiki session
Certificate + group celebration on completion
Eligibility to apply for the 2,000-hour Reiki Master Apprenticeship
Class size is capped at 6 students (one-on-one option available when space allows).
New cohort coming soon — contact Dave to express interest and schedule a phone interview.
-
Best for: Second-Degree Reiki practitioners who feel called to teach and carry the tradition forward.
In our lineage, we take great care with our Master Candidates — teaching them to carry on the teachings of the Usui System of Natural Healing and to transmit this tradition to their own students with integrity and depth. This is a substantial, life-changing commitment.
